Bloated, exhausted, and frustrated that no matter what I tried, my body just didn't feel right. It started when I was 16 and got progressively worse as I got older. I needed real answers - not another fad diet or complicated protocol.
So I went on a journey to understand my gut, my hormones, and what my body actually needed to thrive. What I discovered changed everything and I became obsessed with sharing it.
